Back from my holidays.

Some twit lawyer woman hit me on a round about trying to exit from the inside lane, new door, sil (inner and outer) and possibly new tank mounts - she will be needing a new front end.

The door frame work was a rusted mess anyway so possibly will work out for the best.

Has she been fair and just, or did she deny that she was the cause of the bump?

Aye she accepted liability. Would have been hard to say otherwise due to the positioning of the vehicles. She explained to the police what happened and told them "so it was probably my fault" - she said she thought I was indicating to leave at the exit I had PASSED when she then drove into me - in actual fact I was still indicating right as I had just joined the roundabout.
