went upto preston from bordon.......sat at 56-60mph all the way there and did the same on the way back averaged 21.7mpg tyres pumped up for motorway speeds and the old girl didnt miss a beat.........Yes I wore my ear defenders and they were a god send as 4hrs with a broken manifold down pipe and no sliencers would have made me a nervous wreck.


went through Bolton town centre ****ting people up.

Was reving it in the town centre and a woman came running out say dont rev it anymore as the window is about to pop out the frame!!!

Coming home tonight on A3, copper on other side of carraige way was making notes on a car crash. I eased off to be quiet and all I got was pop pop pop pop pop for about 20seconds.........the investigating officer turned round and looked at me.....with the 1000yard stare and a WTF is that look

Dint make eye contact and just drove on like nothing was wrong.

I had a old classic with a 2.8tdi in it, and the exhaust down pipe broke off just out of the turbo
That made such a noise, everyone loved it

Don't worry you won't scare anybody in Bolton they are used to smelly loud things in the town centre. They get Mancs coming over to the boozers every weekend.
