Back End Spinning Metal Noise when braking

I have a 2011 L2 with 72k miles. When I brake there is a loud, metal spinning noise coming from the back end. If I accelerate it goes away. It sounds similar to diesels when they down shift quickly. Any ideas?

Have you a stone in the brake pads, or it could be the wear indicator, new pads required
