Avatar Problems

I've decided on an avatar of me Landy.
Got a piccy in "my pictures" on me puter. Gone to user cp selected edit avatar then custom avatar then found me piccy in the choose picture window then selected save changes and nowt appens!
One of us is thick either me or me puter.

Yes mate it is. I've been pushing buttons like a twot over here cos Ive not been getting any piccy missen. Oh well thanx for bearing with me. I've got one of those frustration headaches now.
