Aux heater on vogue 3.6 2008

How can I check this heater as mine is not working on timed or remote fob?
Getting older and colder by the minute

People (previous owner(s)) who don't like the heaters pull the fuses so they don't work. Try checking all yr fuses are there for the FBH.
