I'm struggling to remove the aux belt pulley (4 x 10mm bolt heads) in order to sort timing belt and they are starting to round off.
By wedging a ring spanner between one of the bolts and the aux belt tensioner the pulley stops spinning, but the damn bolts are too tight.

Suggestions?
As a last resort am thinking I will have to either go down the route of grinding them off or welding large nuts over the top..

Excuse the photo it's getting dark!

belt back on and single hex socket-that's how I undo and tighten water pump bolts etc

Dont use a ring spanner:eek:. Loads of wd-40 and 10 mm socket with long drive bar should move it. Try the short sharp shock.:D
