Might be worth checking you have propshafts/UJ's fitted and working.

more likely
half shafts, diffs, UJ's, propshafts.

its a 300 tdi 1996. New UJs on the propshafts. It has not worked since the UJ snaped on the fount prop, when i was going along!!!

take it out of difflock put it in 1st then get out and look if one of the props is turning if not then its a transfer box problem if the front prop is turning then is could be a halfshaft or a cv joint if the back prop is turning then it could just be a halfshaft
