It dont shift at certain speeds it shifts at torque resistances
ie.. if your towing it changes at higher rpm than if your coasting down hill

I bought it off E bay and did download it too whilst waiting for it to arrive.
The reason I ask about upshift speeds is mine appears stuck in sport mode ( if that makes sense) even though the sport/manual switch seems to be working

Shift speed also depends on throttle opening, if you have a lead boot it will change at much higher revs than a light foot.
Check to see if you can select low range, transfer box ECU failure also affects shift patterns.
