Hi guys

As my front floor looks bad, and as it leaks carpet would get soggy / smelly.
What's anyone's thoughts on laying astro turf in thre..it's waterproof, hard wearing and won't smell.
Would this work ok do you think? Obviously not to everyone's taste but would suit me fine.

Thanks

MMmmmm, no

will it let the floor dry out after you hosed it out ?

Take the carpet out and throw it

Take the soundproofing out and throw it

if you must have something have rubber matting that you can take out and hang over the fence while you hose the mud off, then hose the car out ... :D

It was only on the second reading I realised you were talking about your landy! Astroturf in the front room would be a bit odd....
The problem with astroturf is it gets slippery when wet - ribbed or dimpled rubber mats might be a better solution. Worth a coat of rustkiller and paint after you strip out the carpets (if there's any metal left).

Yea, it's all a bit patchy with dodgy welds.
Shame...thought I had a good idea going there!
So just painting it should tart it up a bit I guess huh!more for looks than anything else, no off roading so won't get too muddy in there really.
Any other suggestions welcome.
Thanks so far

Ahhh, I had no idea was bed liner was... These look like great.
Have to see if I can find some cheaper versions.
The fact it's rubberized is an extra bonus!
Thanks
