Are p38 windscreens bonded in ?

Hi landy Lovers.. the clue is in the title really.. are the p38 windscreens bonded in.. i got a loverly crack in mine the the MOT dude is gonna love!!.. i see a few second hand ones.. but how would you fit them ?? .. any one know how much a new one is fitted.. im in southeast cornwall.. any advice would be great.. many thanks

yes mate they are bonded in,i found an independant fitter who was willing to take one out of a breaker and re-fit in mine.£80 all in,and thats including the cost of the windscreen.otherwise you,re looking at £3-400 heated or £150+unheated fitted.cheers

quite right matey,that was my plan but i had a claim going through at the time-against meand did,nt want to rock the boat.

Auto glass reckoned a new heated replacement was in the region of £700 fitted, mines going through the insurance before the MOT

try the other companies auto-glass is dearest around
