Thinking about the MOT issue covered on here a few times but more so on/off road handling -
Has/does anyone run the system; is it feasible?
2 inch lift on HD springs,
+2 inch shocks,
Maintained the (lowered) anti roll bars (for on road handling),
but then removes the large bolt between the bar(s) and the link(s) for increased articulation off road?
If so how do you secure the arb(s) so that they don’t swing down?
I assume that the links could be just left (secured) to the axle so that you wouldn’t have to split the ball joint each time.
I thought that I had read somewhere about a removable ‘pin’ for this purpose.
I am aware of the ‘unlockable’ arbs but apart from being silly money they look more weight than they are worth.
