ARB bumper query

Hi guys,

I want to get an ARB bumper complete with winch but not too sure of these are legal anymore in the UK. I want the bullbar to cover the front lights and to protect the wing fronts as I will be travelling through woods quite frequently. Does anyone know if fitting these will be an issue with plod?
