L322 Anyone with an air Susp inactive reset tool in Essex?

I think I have fixed the problem with my air suspension but need to clear to air Susp inactive message to test. Is there anyone local who could help out?

I am going to buy something for myself, and settled on all comms, but two unanswered emails from RSW, makes me a bit nervous about ordering. I am guessing there is no backup from RSW, so starting to look for the next best thing for similar money.

Back up is normally very good from what I have seen on here, he was on here a while ago as he was having trouble with emails.

He was not getting emails for some reason at one point
Have you tried the steering lock to lock to try and reset it?
I'm in north Kent but I'm the wrong side of the water

Thanks chaps. Yes I have tried the lock to lock trick, but with no joy.
Really want to order an all comms, but hate the idea that support is dependant upon an unreliable email.

Maybe I am being over cautious. Am I likely to need support with all comms, or is it pretty much idiot proof? When I say idiot, I mean me

Hi, I have emailed RSW as I had to do last time and hopefully I will get a reply. I think the product is great and needs very little support but on occasions you may need it and we need to know it is available.

Yes I think that the email address. I was asking about the possibility of buying just a licence, as someone on here was offering the hardware. The hardware from here is no longer available now, so I have had to go for the whole lot. Was just trying to save some postage and import/vat. Maybe Storey just didn't want to do it, although it does say it is possible on his web site.
Having researched it, it does seem to be the best ,compromise between price and functionality, so I am sure I will be very happy with it when I get hold of it.

I have been very happy with mine, I also have a faultmate which can do more but costs a small fortune and the only reason i got mine was to reprogram the immobiliser link that gets lost on mine for some reason when the battery is removed.
Mine took 3 weeks to arrive but most of the delay is when parcelfarce get hold of it. Takes about a week to travel across america and to the uk ...

Just had another reply from Storey, I think there may be a general email issue, i would have thought that now Trump was president the Russians would leave our emails alone
If you are not getting replies within 24 hours i would resend to allow for time difference as i have had replies in the past when it would have been the middle of the night in the USA.
