Anyone missing a red TD5 90?

I came across an advert on both facebook and the internet of a 90. Both are the same vehicle being advertised but displaying different information. The advertiser says it's a 2006 TD5 on a G plate, no chassis or engine number. Looking through the pictures, it's obviously been quickly painted matte black, and the red can be seen under it where it's been scratched. Probably a long shot, but I posted this concern on facebook and everyone agreed it was dodgy/stolen. Number plates aren't shown but it starts with G28.
