anyone fited these rims to a mk1 disco? if so how?

I got these off a friend for free and was hoping to put them on my disco, the stud pattern is ok just that the studs are too short and the holes would need drilling out a bit? take a look and let me know what you think please? cheers.

I wouldnt put them on my disco even if they fitted perfect the look well fooked.

Pretty dangerous thing messing around with wheels, is it for road use or an offroad toy? I dont think anyone on hear would suggest its a good idea especially if you plan on putting the rest of us at risk by driving with them on the road!!

What's their load rating?

Are they for a disco? Check their load rating. Once done spacers with extended threads or just extended threads will work but FFS don't cheap out if you can't afford the good kit don't do it!

Done some digging and they are wolfrace rims and happily go on the disco with a different wheelbolt and internal sleeve. Will be lovely and safe

.....and your insurers have confirmed this, yes?

Will be asking in the morning. So far I've declared the winch bumper sump guard and spots and it's been noted on my policy without a change so should be ok. Mostly they like to know but don't care much.

Do the wheels have the correct load rating? ...


O/E Freestyle alloys fitted on a 90 are not strong enough for a 110...

Will yours be legal/insurable on a disco?

well! i have seen some questions asked on here, but this is nearly one of the un safest todate! this might fit a bit better and more traction! good luck!

They are wolf race wheels,

I have them on my disco, they've been on for about 18 years, they need special wheel nuts as has been said.
