anybody going green laning in wales soon?

anybody going green laning in wales soon really need to getout. im down south wales but willing to travel upwards or westward or even to the east! let me know im clucking like smackies on a breaky!!!

Me and a few others are planning on doing Strata Florida and Rhayder sometime in February. I'd be up for spending a few hours laning around Brechfa next Saturday afternoon after my bike ride though.

ok well not sure if im working sat, will find out n let you know.
keep me posted on strata florida and wen you plan on doing it. also would you be starting at strata or rhaydar?

I see you've just got the Landy... Looks good! Have you ever driven a 4x4 off road before? It would be a good idea to make sure you've got decent recovery points front and rear before going laning - like a pair of JATE rings at the front and a jaw and pin at the back.

no not yet, was planning on getting some jate rings this week, i have a jaw and pin on the back tho.

sorry should have said really, nope never been befor. dont worry bout it if its a problem. dont want to get in anybodys way or slow them down.
cheers anyway tho, will def have to do it when ive found my offroad feet!!

If you're free on Saturday, I'll see if I can talk a mate of mine into coming out in his bobtail Range-Rover and you could sit in with one of us for the first section, then one of us could sit in with you and give you some advice (as long as you're not going to blame us if you put the Landy on it's roof ).

Sorry, change of plan... I'm off laning with 1DirtyLandy. 'You coming along then?

ghaad wish i could, totaly looked over the fact i have to tax the landy thus spending all my spare cash on what is essentially a round bit of paper so i will be working this weekend to be able to eat next week. not good, please keep me posted if your doing anything in the coming weeks as i would really like to come.
