need a few wheels made or supplied..... 25mm in diameter 4mm thick with a boss. 6mm dia. recessed hole thrugh centre.

is the boss a flange? (boss lump in middle of diameter, flange on periphery of diameter?
if the former, is it included in the 4mm?
if the latter, is it included in the 25mm?
how deep is the recessed hole in centre, what diameter hole thru centre?

a bit like this.....
the holet o be 6mm (I think) recessed on the other side to allow a 6mm csk screw head to be flush with outside ( or a slim nut).
I had thought of the brass one above with an O ring as a tyre.
The large dia is 25mm by 4mm thick. the boss is not critical to the best of my knowledge - anyhere up to about 16mm dia, i reckon.
