Any honest mechanics in Warwickshire?

Hi...just swaped my old car for a freelander xedi s wagon but gears dont work properly, and today had diesel leaking ...spoke with a mechanic and was told may be diesel injection pump and a new gear box...but I always choose the wrong garages and always end up paying a lot of money for jobs and parts that I dont need and things that havent been one/fixed ..really need to find a honest mechanic...I live near Gaydon ...does anyone can help.
