Any alternative ideas before £££ for cylinder head??

We've changed the injector seals twice, very carefully and still get a litre of diesel in the oil within 100km.
The head was supposedly tested when hot and did not leak.

Cannot imagine any other way diessel is getting in?

Any thoughts appreciated 1000 + for new head is too hard to swallow just now, bought a dud car, rebuilt bottom end due to diesel damage, replcaed oil pump etc, timing chain .. and running out of pennies?

It is 2003 model, so 1 gallery in head if that gives any other ideas.

Any reasonable alternatives to Turners new heads?

If the injectors are OK the head is the most likely suspect, can't think how it's getting in unless it's getting past the piston or through a crack in the head

"if the injectors are OK " you mean the seals? or are you suggesting that if an injector is seriously buggered ( technical term ) it could be flodding diesel into the cylinder which in turn leaks past ( new ) piston rings into the sump ?? Possible ? but likely ???

Yeh, if the injector is dumping a load of fuel in there it could be getting in past the rings, worth checking them out before shelling out for a head. The head does seem to be a common problem though...
