P38A Anti freeze

Evening all
Help I am confused.
4.6 V8 HSE 1996 without lpg
According to handbook anti freeze is ethylene glycol with anti phosphate stuff
According to other threads her, anti freeze is pink OAT stuff
According to a well known motor and cycle retailer, their computer says silicate ethylene glycol stuff
When I got the Rangie about 4 years ago it was pink stuff in radiator
What is the correct stuff please?
It has leaked a bit and been topped with water but reckon there will still be some antifreeze in engine.

OAT lasts longer than standard stuff.

I am not intending to flush it but just let some water out and top it up with neat anti freeze

The pink stuff in your v8 if its got pink stuff in it great just don't go mixing the green and pink anti freeze
