Another wiper question

Guys, was just wondering what might cause the passenger wiper to not always return to the bottom of the screen. It sometimes stops above the tax disc. Its like the wiper is sloppy. I can move it up and down on the screen with my hand, seems like there is alot of play.

Might need a tighten up then! Carefully pop off the plastic cover at the base (there's a slot) and you'll see the nut that holds the arm on. Quick and easy if that's the culprit and can reposition it to your liking

PS Mind how you pop it off as mine flew, nearly down the drain!

If you do pop the wiper arm off, stick some copper slip on the splined shaft to aid removal at a later date, should you need to take it off again.
