I sent a message to him asking for him to confrim the manufacture date...:D

I asked him how it could be an "honest" lightweight when they didn't start makin them till '68 and he replied " I think the logbook might be wrong but it doesn't matter because it's tax exempt" ****in ell.

Just been made aware that lightweight landys only started production in 1968 and it seems that this lightweight was rebuilt on a landrover series 2 chassis so i suppose best of both worlds being tax exempt

Even if it was manufactured in 1968 it still would be exempt so which two worlds this is the best of?

seller seems to be being pretty honest though, edited the ad and showing the questions too.

i know everyone is a cynic but maybe the seller just didnt know
