Another p38 air suspension problem

2nd thoughts: have you put a voltmeter across supply for motor/pump? is it getting supply when it should?

got it wrong guys
eventualy got a replacment ecu pluged it in with big smile on face thinking going to have suspention working again.
started car but f--k compresser still not runing could not belive it because i had rooled everything els out i was at a loss what to do now.
so after going round the garden picking all the tools that i had thrown around in despration lol
and a few cups of tea later i desided to start again from scratch testing every thing.
to cut a very long story short i found i had been testing the wrong wires for the thermal cut out switch i had been puting my tester on the main feed and earth cable for the compresser and not the cable for the thermal switch D'ho :doh:
so tested the right cables and it is the thermal cut out switch witch is showing an open circuit and it should be a closed circuit.

so the fault has been the thermal cut out switch all along
can i strip it and poss fix or is there away to trick the ecu so the pump will run tilll i can get a replacment

got the pump wprking guys
by past the thermal cut out switch jumped a wire accross from the orange to the black earth cable and pump wprking as it should till i can sort out a new switch
