Another newbie with thoughts and questions.

Hello all, I live in Hampshire and just bought my first discovery, an 04 Landmark from an established dealer in Dorset, like most people parting with a large amount of money I did my homework and looked at a few first. I have driven Landrovers before, (years ago and in the Army) but had no Disco experience, my Landmark has 59000 on the clock with a fsh,and seems to looked after, BUT I am having problems getting into 2nd gear,especially when cold. The Disco has already been returned to the dealer who promptly investigated,the first job they did was to change the gearoil, and when that didnt help much the gearbox was removed and the complete clutch and slave cylinder replaced,the clutch action is much lighter but changing into 2nd gear is still a bit hit and miss untill warm when it seems fine. Any thoughts anyone? So apart from this blip in my Landrover ownership I love it and intend to do as much maintenance as I can myself,(but would rather not be taking out gearboxes!)
