Disco 1 Another head gasket?

Hi all, just a quickie.

I changed the head on my '95 Disco a few months ago and it seems to have blown again - unheard of in such a short space pf time

Is there anything else that members have experienced that would cause a blow out of the radiator plug and 'bubbling' in the expansuon tank?

I'm finding hard to beleive I can have another blown head so quickly without it being an additional problem internally....

Yep, all good, and been running fine for months without losing a drop of water.
