Another dumb tyre/tire question

Figuring my 90 has a 2" lift (Gwynn Lewis) and the 16" Mach 5 wheels.

would these tyres/tires fit with no further modification?

Actually, this may be better as it is only 10.5 wide and not quite 2" taller.

This would make it a 267/81 x 16

A little taller and just a tad wider.
