another back window prob

Hi,
I have tried both methods of recalibrated the back window but every time I get out and lock up the back window GOS down, sometime the alarm GOS off if I manage to keep it closed and lock it.
So wondering if anyone has more detail to add or another method.

3 or 5 door? 3 door has a sensor when the roof goes on. Played up on mine

3 door, any idea on sensor location?
The only way to get it to stay up is
Turn it up with key whilst locking doors with fob,
The alarm gos off but I press arm button and it stays up and locked

Under the roof on the drivers side rear where the big handle is.... around that location anyhow

others have had problems with the micro switch in the tailgate handle and wiring in the tailgate broken/frayed
