Can anyone please recommend a company that will refinish the metal (are they aluminium?) kick plates (also referred to as tread plates/ they butt up to the carpet in the L322 RR?
Have seen the odd post inferring they are hundred of pounds to buy new off Land Rover and one post saying they can be refurb'd for under £100 (PM'd the authors but tumbleweed so far).
Am surprised these plates can't be easily DIY polished/ scratches removed (I wondered if wire wool and autosol might do the trick/ amongst other things but don't want to make a mess and waste time so will await advice hopefully)...
