West wing I think
Just changed my classic vogue for a 2002 p38 westminster. A few niggles excused owing to the favourable deal. Please look out for me and be gentle with me. This truly is range rover country and we tow a bessacarr cameo twin axle thing. Hello to the happy throng. regards P.S

Dai Iawn, dw I'n gweithio yn Tinto. Thanks for the billingual reply. My welsh is not 100% so I'll have to stick with Saes. Also other members might get a bit cheesed off if we go on in Welsh. Your P38 sounds good. Do you take it off road? are there any good spots on Anglesey?

Hey lads I'm on the Island too:D Just got meself a 110 hardtop to replace my poor old disco. Give me a wave if you see me about you can't miss it it's bright yellow(don't know how long it's going to stay that way!!)I'm in Llangefni btw.

I am not in Llangefni very often but I will keep an eye out for it. Mine looks exactly like the avatar funnily enough. Bright yellow? did it used to belong to BT? Do you go to the car boot in Tree tops? if so might see you there we go quite often when its on.

Not very often but go to Mona sometimes. Don't know why it's yellow, it's been around a bit though, Gibraltar, Spain, North Africa, got receipts for parts it's had in all those places. Revjames I noticed you go surfing. What do you ride, where etc?? Me and my lad are well into it so can be found at the beach whenever there are waves, either on the island or down the Lleyn.

Well, it all started when I went to live in New Zealand. I used to go out on it all the time then (great swell from pacific) and it was a lot warmer. My board is an 8'4" Mini-mal single fin. These days I go to Cymeran, Cable bay, Even have been known to go in at Porthdafarch/porth y post if I am desperate. Heard its good at Abersoch. How about you?

Rhosneigr area mostly, cable, broad beach etc. One or two other spots that are less well known, depends on the conditions really. I mostly ride a 9'4" local hero or sometimes a magic carpet. My lad ride a 9'6" with two big red stripes down the deck. If you've never been to hell's mouth you need to give it a try whn there's a clean swell, it's great.

The trouble is when theres a good swell I'm really busy and when I'm not busy and fancy a surf its flat calm. I have also got a boat for when theres no surf! The boat was a kind of excuse for getting the Disco.

Yeah that's the problem round here the surf's really inconsistent. I've just sold my boat due to lack of use. I originally had my disco for towing the boat but just got hooked on Land Rovers!! I've got a couple of motorbikes I'm going to get rid of too then I might have a look round for a lightweight for some summer fun, you know the sort of thing, no roof, no doors, v8 under the bonnet.......................................

Ive always admired LRs esp the 90 CSW but this is just right and multi purpose vehicle too. I used to have motorcycles but had a really bad smash in the 80's that very nearly killed me. Since then the domestic authority has banned me from having a bike. BUT I can have a boat (16' Dell Quay Dory with Evinrude 70) and now have the Disco too so not without toys. Still have the odd yearning to be on a bike so I go over to my mates in Grimsby and he lets me loose on his ZZR1100.

I used to ride bikes in the 80s, then gave them up when the kids were born, then got back nto them a bit. Been going through all the ones I used to drool over back then but couldn't afford, currently got a gpz900 and an old aircooled gpz750. I have to say if I could only have one kind of toy vehicle it would be a landy these days. My old disco was great the only downside was the electrical stuff having a mind of it's own and only working when it felt like it. The 110 hasn't got electric windows, immobiliser etc so fingers x'd.

Pa hwyl hogia.

We should get a sub forum "Hogia Mon" going!

My wife's a permanent fixture at tree tops and acroos the lane. I get Saturday mornings uninterupted and unsupervised to myself. Roll on Easter. Mona's brilliant. Much more interesting for guys. My r rover's black and I think it used to belong to a drug dealer! Our personalised reg numbers are fairly destintive [not wsitched yet], I'm in the music business. I couldn't afford MUS 1 C so the alternatives'll have to do. Look out for us.

Mae'n braf gwel cymaint o hogia codi hwyl ar fforwm 'ma.

Hwyl am rwan.

Dulas has been known for a laugh. Take the 5025 and turn at the Hen Bost oppositebphone box and layby and aim for lligwy past tyddyn mon to the t junct. [rt to lligwy beach-lt to dulas estuary] take left right down to beach/brush land. to the right theres scrub. not a great area space-wise but could be challenging if your tyres are indifferent. I doubt that this is very official, but it's a nice place to take the family. WATCH THE TIDES. You could have a laugh at a spring tide. There's afew unofficial places on the orm as well if you're not faint of heart. [I know that's not mon] regs P.S
