If you class it as being left there deliberately (i.e. he put it there)
it's jetsam :)
(I think)

If you don't know who's watching the watchmen.

Summat to do with the bit between high and low tide AFAIR. I'd just
leave it there as a monument to the terminally clueless - well, if it
weren't for it becoming an environmental hazard, obviously.

I printed the two articles out and asked someone I feel has a
knowledge of these things what she thought? She laughed, and was glad
it was in a different area to us. For she shows no sense of humour
when actually 'doing' her job...

Thete's only one set of tyre tracks in the pic, yet they say a rescue
vehicle had to be pulled out.
If the abandoned vehicle made the tracks he's gone in backwards!

Sensible as the freelander wasn't stuck until the point it got stuck IYSWIM.

More sensible would have been a frigging big cable, fasten it to the driver
and catapault him out to sea ;-)

Surely the Armed forces would turn out for a bit of exercise..... oh I
forgot, they are already :-(
