Hello guys. Thanks for letting me in.
I am currently a FL1 owner, although have had discos previously.
Currently working on my Great band also a couple of Defenders. Hopefully I can get some help with those bad boys!

Welcome to the forum. Pictures of the Defenders would be good, otherwise we'll think your quackers.

Oh one thing before I go.. why didn't you stick with the discos?
Not saying discos are any better than freelanders in anyway as I've never owned a freelander. i just want to know why you bought a freelander instead of another disco! Just incase I'm missing out .. I would never sell my lovely disco that doesn't get stuck in potholes to buy a freelander but it's just nice to find out why you have decided the change, it's all valuable advice and that's what this forum is about..

To answer your question, Weldy.....and hello first......my handle comes from my days as a children's entertainer. Had to have something fun and my son picked it for me.....worked well for username.
As for Landies, I would have loved a Disco. And probably will get one on a year or so. The Fl1 came up for sale locally and at a good price. So rather than saving up and waiting I jumped in. Actually it's what it's meant to be. A 4x4 compact car. Adequate for now to tow our little van and get a to b. Loads of things to look at and upgrade or fix.
As I learn I will be happy to help others. Information is power.

To tell you the truth! I was looking at a freelander last night for Wor lass.
Just to get her to Asda and back once a week, as I hate her driving my disco.. she leaves bits of kebab and chilli sauce allover
my immaculate but slightly wet and muddy interior!
Don't take anything serious there is no nasty people on here just an annoying one! That doesn't shut up and has nothing valid to contribute!! Enjoy and speak soon mr goose.
