There is a project thread for the car on Pistonheads. It's somewhat disjointed and over the four years since buying the car and putting it in storage has evolved into a decent into madness over drivetrain options.

Long and short of it, I had grand plans for the car as at the time I was semi retired and sitting pretty but then woke up one morning to learn my business partner had skipped with all the money and assets and then the wife has been unwell after having our second child. Ergo the once grand project has been on hold while life finds a normality again and the project rescaled itself.

But I'm about to start stripping all the internal and external trim while having it converted to auto and in due course a slightly contraversional engine installed.

Will be very happy to help with anything I can but I'm certainly not the right person when it comes to lifting the body but I'm rather good at knowing where to find rare parts for the Suffix As.

It's a cracking but desperately non original car.

I think the alloys are lovely but they might not stay on if they don't look right once all the late trim is removed and replaced with 1980/1 spec.
