Guys I’m looking at installing an amp and subwoofer in my 110 to supplement and improve the sound of my current system which is a Kenwood DNX8180DABS.
This system is an all singing and dancing unit with DAB, iPod/MP3,SatNav,CD,camera etc etc and I’m more than happy with its capabilities other than the sound from the 6 LR speakers.
The problem I have is that I don’t want to change the speakers as I’m told with a suitable sub and amp these items would improve the sound ten fold, plus for cosmetic reasons and security (laugh) I don’t want mega watt speakers on display or sounding like I’m the local unemployed DJ boogieing down the road.
I’m thinking of fitting these items on the rear of my cubby box (which I use) or under the rear seats.

Question: Those of you with this type of kit - Can you recommend an amp/sub and where have you fitted them?
    :)

Mud products do a set up which stores your amp/sub under the cubby box
