Same old story. Have you got a part number? Do not fit an alternator where you "think" it will do the job. It won't. Get a VIN and registration and then ask the dealer if they have one in stock. The dealer in your area won't know what to order, or check stock, if you don't have these. They'll take a guess and you'll end up with ****e.

what a load of bollocks, if yer alternator can put out more oomph! than yer using it will do the job. if you using more lectric than the alt can produce yer battery will go flat.
if you can fit the alt and its has the regulator and rectifier with it you can fit any alt from any vehicle to any other vehicle, assuming the voltage is the same. course it makes sense to stick to the same design as it make mounting and wiring easy.
