The bracket has broken on the alternator,anyone know what i have to strip off to put a new one on. Viscous fan and aux belt are off.

The vacum pump is bolted to the front of the alternator. Its the do-dad with the pulley attached. It has oil feed pipes with banjos. Other than the alternator wiring it should be straight forward.

the alternator is still in situ just have to replace bracket, will i be able to replace without taking anything else off.
