Anyone know the length of a 200tdi alternator belt ?, first sniff of water mine slips , I'm going to try a slightly thicker belt but their sold by length, just thought before I go out there with me bit of string .

Dunno about the 200 .. but can't you adjust it so it's tighter?

Adjustments ok, belt seems ok to, just seems to be sitting very low in the v .

I just fitted a new un, not a peep from it now

Fit quality belts, Gates or Dayco.

The pulleys can wear too so I'd check that as well.

mine squeels just at the sight of fog! and it only had a new belt pulley and alternator 6 months back
