Alloys for '96 Landy Disco

I want to change the alloys on my Landy Disco '96, petrol/LPG. My current wheels say on them 7Jx16 33.0AHZ. I have seen some very nice looking alloys off a TD5, date not known. These alloys say 7Jx16 x57.0 My current good tyres say 235/70R16 106T they're Goodyear. Are the new alloys likely to be compatible with my existing tyres does anyone out there know? Hopefully waitng for all you boffins to get back to me!

TD5 wheels will NOT fir ornery Discos' hubs.

If yours isn't also a TD5 don't go that way.

Many thanks for the info. I will heed what you say and not be tempted. May I get back to you if any more alloys come up on eBay that look as if they might be compatible?
