All head unit no speakers.

So... my defender came with single din head unit but no speakers ... what are people’s recommendations for mounting and systems? It’s a ‘88 defender 90.

I have mine mounted in the headlining. Front ones are just above the rear door corner (right next your ear) and the rear ones are in the corners. Easy to fit, just buy some shallow speakers, cut a hole in the headlining and screw in using speed fasteners. I then ran the wires up the windscreens behind the plastic trim pieces.
