Think thats what @fucmeitsandy meant @gstuart anyway just get a drift and give it a bloody good head ache before you have another go.

Many thks , also got a hot air gun that has small nozzles on the end so wondering if that may help by putting a lot of heat on the bolts then seeing is there crank loose

Also got some stainless steel bolts which I’ll replace them with

Just got to get these out first , so will try using a small wire wheel in my dremel first to clean the threads then heat them up and try again with a bar then impact gun

Plus also reminds me I will disconnect my battery because of the impact sensors that are there

might as well give it a go, whats the worst that can happen set fire to the car maybe !

I never removed all that stuff to get the condenser out when I did one on an L322

Have ordered some new 1/2 inch impact torx bits so at least in the mean time will clean up the threads as much as possible , maybe putting more plus gas on the bolts

With the new bits can then at least try using a heatgun , just got to check Indeed what wires are around

Butane, many new fridges are using a form of it now, R600 or something.
I gassed my Toyota a/c with butane years back it worked very well, until it all leaked out, the city taxis use it because it's allegedly far more efficient than R34a.
Not legal where I live so I didn't do it!

I guess there's a bit of a fire risk as well! Think I'll stick with r134a.
I'm going to ask my mate in Czech if he can get me some and bring it back with me in summer.

Butane in fridges is old. Used in RVs and other camping fridges. Any gas cools as it expands. Compress it, dump the hear out (condenser or mesh on back of fridge), expand it and you have a cool gas to put through your heater matrix or fridge.

I do not know what gas is used in RV or caravan fridges, but I do know that they do not use compressors in any of the ones I have owned, or used.
