My airbag (srs) light has just come on this morning on my D2, anyone got any ideas???

Could be a number of things (wiring, airbag ECU)
It's one of those things that is quite easy to deal with if you have diagnostics (eg. nanocom) and a PITA if you don't know where to start :-(

A good place to start would be under the front seats check all connections to the seat belt pretensioners but realy needs to go on a diagnostics machine

Just a thought but my kids where playing in the disco this morning moving the seat back and forward could that have done something??

Yes definatly possible check the wires are all connected you can also unplug the connectors (with ignition off) check the terminals inside and refit this is quite a common problem with a lot of cars as people sit in the back and put there feet under the seats
