Eas pump is working as I can feel it vibrating, but car will not raise. Is it a simple case of taking the pump out of the box and undoing the blue air line to see if it pumping strongly? Is there anything else that I need to check that may stop the RR from raising up?

Regards Clive

I felt silly asking where the 'how to' section was! Thought I must be missing something! Do I take it that it can only be the seals in the compresser that's gone?

Mmmm, OK, tomorrow I will check pump is working or not first. Then move onto refurb on block. In hindsight I think I will overhaul both the pump and block. Thanks for the reply guys.

Now then! I plugged in the EAS unlock suite to the car in an attempt to depressurise the system, instead I ended up with a " slow 35 mph max" message! Not sure how, maybe didn't exit the software properly. It is there when I put the ignition on now with the computer NOT connected. Anyway at the time I didn't manage to sync with the car. A short time after I plugged back in and found the correct comm's port (FF 1 sent and FF returned with green good idle) and let the air out of tank. Both pump and valve block now refurb and back in RR. How do I get rid of the message? My limit understanding is the RR pump will not run unless the message goes.I synced with the RR and read the messages then cleared them, no messages showing now and pump ran. Tank full of air and showing at normal level on dash suspension switch BUT drivers side seems higher than passengers side! If I can get rid of message the possible I can see what's going on with the height on one side. Didn't have any trouble before with one side lifting higher but it was taking about 15 mins to get the suspension switch to stop flashing so this was the only reason for rebuilding block and pump.
So has anyone got any good news for me? On the EAS unlock suite what is the last screen for? I see it has 20mph, 35mph boxes to click and wondered if this is used for the problem I have!!
Regards Clive

Try clicking on blank message then exit correctly

Thanks for the reply, are you guessing that will work or is that what it is meant for? If so what are the 20 & 35 mph boxes there for?
