Sorry but yet another Air Suspension Inactive thread - the fault happened yesterday whilst driving (had been fine all day and for months previous) - the car is down on the passenger side (air bag deflated - as is the owner) the drivers side is pumped up and ok.

Dealers are too busy to look at it this week ! - tried the steering wheel lock to lock - checked the fuses, anything else I can try to get it working again? I don't get any lights on the height adjust in the car or any lights to indicate at what height it currently is.......

When this car is good its very very good but when its bad its shocking!!

tried a few things but no luck so far - tried the hidden menu method of clearing faults but EAS still inactive. The Near side front air suspension is deflated but the others are fine....help?

no but I have ordered the plug in code reader / reset tool mentioned elsewhere (RSWsolutions I think) for the inevitable future issues :)

As I need the car back working ASAP I have admitted defeat early and its off to the dealers for repairs.

If it's down on the pax side only I'm guessing it's a knackered bag front/rear or the valve block is goosed. Only some of the minor faults can be fixed doing lock to lock. I'm not sire if/what the hidden menu will reset. As you have the new tool on the way im sure things will be right as rain when your back from the stealers.

Dealer has just diagnosed - blown front near side bag - bugger!

On the plus side the warning message was right :) driving it to the dealers with 'three wheels on my wagon' was a fun experience

So clock up one more big bill for the BEAST

I think the diag tool is just for the l322 - reads then clears errors and stores the errors in plain text in a memory stick thats built in which you can then read on a PC.

Cool - at least you are sorted - think the bags on a L322 are a tad more expensive than the P38, but you will be driving her again soon - plus re-setting the EAS would not have helped with a major leak like that...
