when my p38 is on low setting should it be on the bump stops
air suspension. How low?

No. Are they compressed? Did you lower it using the control on the dash? Did it drop overnight or after being parked? If it dropped after being parked you likely have a leak. There are others on this forum who will be more capable of giving advise than I but they will likely ask the same questions. Good Luck

no it dont drop. it sits on the bump stops when i select the low setting on the dash

Measure the distance from centre of wheel to wheel arch, at access height it should be 405 mm.
