hi to all,

new to site , with a problem with air suspension on my range rover 4.4 v8 vogue, to keep it short , heard a pop on front passenger side , checked it , dash display says , Air suspension inactive , took to mechanic, he replaced the whole unit, but it still says air suspension inactive, he reckons it might be the CPU, the dickhead then tells me he has not got the testbook t4 diagnostic software and i should take it to the dealer, of which I will do tommorrow, questions are, IS IT OK TO DRIVE , and is this a CPU problem, please any advice would really be a comfort .

kind regards

Don't do it Ethel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Go have a poke about on the Range Rover section....loads and loads of advice on the bloody suspension!!
You dont need testbook for the sus...just a lappy, a lead from flea-bay and a free program from storey wilson in USA.
If you ask nicely you may find someone local who will let you use their kit in exchange for beer vouchers.

Oh and by the way:welcome2:

Yup, welcome.

If its a 4.4 then its a l322. Most sus probs are P38 as far as I know. Dont think we've had an L322 with sus probs yet.
