hi, got the inactive message come up. I know what the problem is, the compressor is weak and failed to raise it after a fast speed run so it has gone into a sulk. I'm going to overhaul the compressor, but then need to reset the system to get rid of the message and bring the suspension back to life.

What are the options for reset tools? Just want something cheap and cheerful really.
Cheers

I don't think you can get a cheap suspension reset tool for the L322, because the whole system operates a can bus. Looks like you'll have to get a system for the whole vehicle.
Nanocoms are good.

NVB if you put up your location somebody may be local and can help.
If your compressor is original (over 10yrs old now) I wouldn't bother with overhauling it, from experience it will only last a year or so - bite the bullet and get a new one.

HTH.

I'm in Essex, not far from the delightful Southend in sea! I have the overhaul kit here, so will give it a go. If it doesn't work, or doesn't last, I'll go for a new compressor.

Thanks but I don't think the Nanocomm will work with my 2004 model. Looks like Allcomms is the answer to my question, unless anyone knows different.

Cheers all

Icarsoft i930 might do it, but not 100% sure. It does read & clear faults on most L322 ECU's.

I have one in the workshop, but other side of London from you.
