Air Spring airbag problem

Hi. I have a Range Rover P38 4.0 SE 1996 Automatic. I have a problem when i lift or when i do offroad. My airsuspension come out from where it is and all the cars go down. Is normal with air spring????? What i have to do if not???

Has someone fitted longer shock on it or transposed shock front to rear. From memory front shocks are longer than rear ones. If front shocks have been fitted to rear they will allow bags to pull off their seats in extreme articulation.
