As ok, so the tensioner pully keeps the belt tight. So either the bearing on the tensioner is worn or the tensioner is not tight enough? Can you get at it without taking put the radiator, condenser, etc?

Yup, done from underneath, remove the bottom engine cover and all will be revealed. Small belt drives the compressor from the crankshaft pulley with the tensioner between them. Undo the bolt and remove the tensioner and give it a spin. :) Rave- Air con- service op. 82-20-01. It shows a dust cover that has to be removed, mine didn't have one

Not a lot of room on mine. IIRC I think I ended up taking the viscous fan out to make room rather than muck about. There isn't a lot of tension that could be taken up on mine so belt may need replacing. Think we worked out there are at least 3 belt sizes out there!

Yeah but there are two threaded holes to fit the fulcrum pivot in i believe.
