Hi All,

I know people will have added or removed but generally what year did 110s start having air con. I'm looking for a mid 90s 110 and one of the stipulations is it needs aircon.

I just need to know exactly what years to look for.

Thanks,

Wes

AFAIK it was availiable on the 300tdis, but its very rare.
TD5 it was an option, but one you will have to hunt for, it wasnt very popular.

The early system was next to useless but the later type fitted to 300tdi was quite reasonable, as long as you can live with losing a bit of room in the passenger footwell . Pretty rare in UK tho . Good luck

Ah, that's a fair excuse to be fair :)

My fella was feeling the heat today too even with all the windows and vents open until we got out of traffic.

whats yer budget? there seems to be more newer TD5s with it than older ones, easy to tell (at least if it was fitted) grill sticks out.

Isn't there some retrofit kit about too that you can fit without the ugly long nose grille and ruin your chances of fitting a tidy winch and win bumper.

Almost certain I saw a kit like it for sale somewhere but its probably sh!te of course lol

not sure, there is a kit, about £400, but the condensor fits the same as OE, in front of the rad.
you could mod it, use an electric fan, get rid of the viscous, and move the rad/condensor backwards.

You really shouldn't have your fella out in traffic !! :bolt:

Ah, it was only a very small bottleneck the local town the other morning due to road works and we were headed to the beach for a few hours so it was a necessary evil :(

Every window on the 110 was open and the vents so had a lovely draft through the landrover for the rest of the spin when moving.
