Air Cleaner Assemble

I can't seem to find an Air Cleaner assembly for a 200tdi Anywhere "esr370", Does anybody know if I can use the air cleaner from a 300tdi "esr2102". They look near identical, just not sure if the ends of the pipes are the same diameter.

No they're not, the air cleaner inside is different, 300 is thinner and longer IIRC. I dunno about external hose diameters, sorry.

Actually, I must apologise ... don't take the above as gospel. I was thinking of my 2.5TD, which I understood to be the same as 200Tdi, but which may not have been ... I know the 2.5TD filter is fatter and shorter than a 300Tdi.

I dont know if the mountings are the same, but, if it were a 300, these would be the part numbers you would want for the broken rubber bits -

4x Mounting rubber for air filter- ERR2337
4x M6 Flange Nut Plain - FN106047L

Unfortunately the one I won off EBay was for a 300tdi but after a few weeks of searching and countless phone calls I managed to secure a genuine 200tdi filter. Sadly I had to pay a premium for it. They are rarer than rare.
If anybody is looking for one also I can point you in the right direction.

That one in the ebay listing isn't a 300 one its different from mine (and my landy is a genuine 300tdi) which is why I thought it may be for a 200. A 300 one looks like this

hi I am also looking for a air filter for my 200tdi defender, my top section is rotten,

Can a 300 housing be made to fit in a 200, and vice versa? I wouldn't have an issue which was which if I could make it fit. As long as the engine is getting clean air !!
