hi im still new-ish to these defenders but im looking at getting myself a raptor dash, I know there's a lot of options, so here goes, 3 gauges but which ones are best, and were from, cb but never used one before cheap-ish, but were from.
I also want 4 switches ,1 for spot lights, but what can I have for the other 3, all your advise and links would be very helpful, I've got the radio at the moment but that's about it.
regards

There's no point putting in gauges if you don't have a specific purpose in mind, although they do look cool :). Rev counter, turbo temp, oil pressure, volt meter are common choices. Most automobile suppliers will sell them.

What do you want a CB radio for?

I have switches for front spots, rear spots, aux fuel tank pump, front and rear interior lights. I've also got a switch that allows the radio to be used with out having the ignition on, might be worth doing unless the radio has this feature built in. You can always move some of the existing switches to the dash to have everything more centralised.

Also, what vehicle do you have?

thanks for that advise payydg, its a 1990 90, as for the cb I don't really know why I want one but I've got the springer Arial and the splitter cabel for cb and radio so I thought id fill the gap, what's the best spot lights without going mad on price, only need them for the crash bar

This seems like a very odd thread. Why put in gauges and switches just for the sake of having them? If you don't need them, leave them blanked.

I didn't want any guages but I did want a proper radio housing and to centralise the switches with a couple of 12v outlets.
